The Rules of Engagement

FEES and PRIZES

  • The entry fee is $80 and must be paid on the puntingprophecy.com website prior to the commencement of the AFL 2023 Season
  • 80% of the entry fee will go into the prize pool with the remaining 20% put towards drinks at the opening and end of season celebrations. A small amount will be deducted to cover credit card and admin fees
  • The prize pool will be distributed as follows:
    • 1st Prize: 50% of prize pool
    • 2nd Prize: 30% of prize pool
    • 3rd Price: 15% of prize pool
    • Last Place and spot prizes: 5% of prize pool
  • In the event of there being two or more winners on equal points then the prize pools will be combined and shared equally

TIPPING

  • All tips need to be entered prior to the commencement of the AFL 2023 Season
  • One point will be awarded for each correctly tipped match in each round
  • Drawn matches in any round will be awarded one point

GENERAL

  • The leaderboard will be on display at puntingprophecy.com from Rounds 1 to 21. Rounds 22 to 24 will be blind with a countdown held at the awards event
  • The event commissioner’s decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
